Mondays are tricky

Well, I have been stugglimg to find decent staff and the one I spent the month training in July just quit and my lovely Pippa who works part time has stepped up to the plate to cover tuesdays and wednesdays (as well as the rest of week that she already works) but.... she can't do mondays! So, what is already a difficult job for two just became a almost impossible task for me alone!

Wherever possible please give us your order in advance but most importantly on a monday. We hate keeping people waiting and we don't want to refuse bookings or have to actually close another day because of not being able to cope. Thank you so much for your comprehension
